Ghubn believes that current conditions are not fair: "Málaga CF does not have the right benefits that are really worth for the club, and there is another group of clubs in the Liga which we don't know what their real objectives are. But Malaga CF hopes to reach a grand bargain with companies and have a good offer."
Ghubn believes that the great future ahead Málaga was an obstacle to signing long-term contracts.
